A little magic. A little perspective. Room to be human.

Oddly Auspicious is a home for curious minds, tangled questions, and the occasional “well, that wasn’t in the plan.”

Here, tarot is an invitation to pause, explore a different perspective, and listen to your own response. You don’t need to know the cards or arrive with your life neatly organized.

Hi, I’m Lindsay.

I’m the reader behind Oddly Auspicious… a writer, journal keeper, and creative person who enjoys exploring the stories and symbols in tarot.

My approach brings together curiosity, compassion, and a little humor. I’m interested in the questions a card opens up: What feels familiar? What deserves another look? What small step might you want to try?

The name leaves room for the unexpected. Sometimes a useful insight arrives in a strange little package.

Your cards. Your question. Your own pace.

I personally shuffle, pull, and photograph your cards, then develop an interpretation around your question. Each reading connects the individual cards into an overall reflection, with journaling prompts and a practical takeaway.

I use AI tools to assist with drafting and polishing the written PDF. I personally review every reading before it reaches you.

All readings are delivered in writing. There’s no live session, video call, or in-person appointment (just a PDF you can read, save, and revisit when it suits you.)

What you can expect

A thoughtful, personalized exploration of your question, expressed in clear language. You remain the person who decides what resonates and what to do next.

Readings explore themes and possibilities rather than guarantee outcomes. I don’t offer certainty about the future or another person’s private thoughts, and readings do not replace medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice. For adults 18 and older.

Meet The Plot Twist

Our personalized three-card reading explores what’s happening, what deserves attention, and a possible next step. Your PDF includes a photo of your spread, individual interpretations, an overall synthesis, two journaling prompts, and one practical takeaway.
